The Lash Association is an exclusive network of Lash Students, Professionals, and Partners all dedicated to empowering the lash industry. Our Leadership Council model is the cornerstone of the Association, and it’s our mission to advance the lashing experience through advocacy, professional standards, and networking.
Becoming a member of The American Lash Association is super simple! We only require that you are a Certified or Licensed Lash Artist. However, if you are currently a student you can identify your Cosmetology School or Esthetician Program. If you are a Business, we require that your primary focus is within the Lash Industry. We invite all committed professionals and valued members of our growing industry to join us!
We offer memberships for Students, Professionals, and Business Owners who all have access to our community features, discounts, exclusive events, leadership opportunities, and submission priority in our ALA Magazine.

ALA members are invited to submit ideas for featured blog posts and to submit articles for consideration in our ALA Magazine. Both blog posts and magazine articles may be featured in our external newsletter. To submit ideas, please email [email protected]
