Confessions of a Lash Artist - "Double-Booked Oopsie"
One time, I accidentally double-booked two clients. My regular client arrived early and was already lying on the table when another client approached my door. I opened the door, and since I hadn’t seen this new client before, I asked if I could help her. She informed me that she had an appointment at that time.
Confused, I replied that I didn’t have her booked. She then showed me text messages between us, saying, “This is you, isn’t it?” It dawned on me that I had texted with her but forgotten to enter the appointment into my booking system. Panicked, I made a mistake and told her she had the wrong studio and that the number wasn’t mine.
